Christmas Train Tour Would you like to see the city lights in a cozy free train tour? The “Comboio do Património” offers free train tours this Holiday Season between Santa Clara and the University. Days where the train is available: 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 and of 31 december. The train departs at 10h30, 11h30 e 12h30 during the morning. The train also departs at 14, 15, 16, 17 e 18 horas during the afternoon period.
Coimbra Hype Market Another wonderful Christmas market is the Coimbra Hype Market at 13 de dezembro; from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Market D. Pedro V. Solidarity Christmas Concert 19 of December: 18:00 — The traditional Solidarity Christmas Concert performed by the Classical Orchestra from the Center Region of Portugal will be on the 19th of December at the Pavilhão Centro de Portugal. You can purchase tickets until the 17th at the Centro de Reabilitação de Coimbra.
Videomapping Show You can see the Videomapping Show from the 19th to the 23th of december, at 22h30 on the 8th of May Square. There will be five sessions in total. The show name is “All about Christmas” and it is inspired by the Nutcracker Ballet, by Tchaikovsky.
